6 Steps to a Healthier Happier YOU!

STEP 1: Breathe Healthy – Clean air in, happy lungs

STEP 2: Drink Healthy – Make water your main drink. Try getting to the point of drinking half your body weight in ounces a day. For instance, if you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 ounces of water a day. That’s roughly 4 1/2 16 ounce bottles of water. You can do that!

STEP 3: Eat Healthy – more fruits, vegetables, while limiting processed foods, pork, shellfish and limiting sweets and salt. Create a low carb diet. Focus on portion control!

STEP 4: Exercise Healthy – Make exercising a part of who you are, not just what you do. Instill creative movement at least five days a week, not forgetting to rest at least 1 to 2 days a week. The Sabbath was put in place for reason!

STEP 5: “Vita” Healthy – Research herbal vitamins that could possibly take the place of your medications that you are currently on. Check with your doctor, blend with medications, to end meds!

STEP 6: REST – Get a good night’s sleep! Six to eight hours of sleep will increase your productivity.
